Explosion Vent

An explosion vent is a safety device to protect equipment or build in against excessive internal, explosion-incurred pressures, by means of pressure relief. It is designed to rupture safely as a result of an over-pressure. Explosion vents are mounted on top or side of the dust collector, process vessel or equipment.
